Shipping Policy
All items ordered through GConti.com are eligible for free shipping to US locations. All items are securely packaged and fully insured through the shipping carrier.
All items are available for in-store purchasing and can be shipped directly to your address
Free 2-Day Shipping to all US customers
Priority Mail(1 day) and Priority Mail Express(1 day AM delivery) available for an additional fee - Orders must be placed before 2pm EST to be shipped same day
Order totaling $2,000 or more are subject to be shipped through FedEx
Shipment processing time & Protection- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, but may take up to 14 business days for unique fine jewelry (customer will be notified within 24 hours for extended processing times)
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- All orders are insured through the provided shipping carrier
- Signatures required upon delivery
- Deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address, shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will not be accepted
- Shipping and billing information must match. We can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local FedEx station for pick-up.
- Delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please use the link provided to check the status of your order.
Damages
Giorgio Conti is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim on your insured package
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
